Sri lankan eggplant curry

Ingredients

  • Eggplant (salted), deep fried (veg oil)
  • black mustard seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • roughly chopped onion
  • curry leaves
  • green chili
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • chopped tomato
  • cinnamon
  • (optional) dried chili flakes
  • lemon juice
  • sugar
  • (optional) black pepper
